Microsoft Edge Does Not Launch on Xbox One help, tips and advice.
When I try to activate it, it seems to open with a blank page then closes. There are no error reports posted and I am returned to my Home screen. I don’t seem able to delete it either so that I an re-install.
Solution 1- Delte cache
Try to delete de cache or deleting and installing the app again, it worked for me.
Solution 2 – Hard reset
Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. I have found that leaving it unplugged is significantly more effective than leaving it for just a few seconds.

Solution 4 – Soft reset
If the power cycle doesn’t work, you could try a soft reset. You can find instructions here: https://support.xbox.com:443/Error?errorCode=404&path=/Error&cv=8dMs6LbcsEC5VGVf.0.0. Use the mode Reset and keep my games & apps. You need your email and Password for login.
